Shipping Policy
Order Handling Time
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Handling begins after payment confirmation and address verification.
Transit Time
- Estimated delivery time after shipment: 3–7 business days.
- Delivery times vary by destination and carrier performance. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Cut-off Time
- Daily cut-off time for order processing: 5:00 AM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Carriers
We primarily use the following carriers for deliveries:
- USPS (United States)
The carrier assigned depends on your shipping address and package weight. You will receive the carrier name in your shipping confirmation email.
Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses.
- We do not offer expedited or express shipping at this time.
- Some remote or rural areas may experience longer transit times; carriers may not guarantee delivery dates to these regions.
Tracking & Issues
- Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number sent via email once shipped.
- Lost packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package within 3 business days, please contact the carrier first. Then email us at service@eurivicy.store for assistance.
- Damaged in transit: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund under our Return Policy.
Address Accuracy
- You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If an address is entered incorrectly, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, we may not be able to modify the address.
- Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be subject to a re-shipping fee (flat $5.99 USD). Since we offer free delivery, this fee covers our actual re-shipping costs.
- We do not refund orders lost due to customer address errors.
Free Delivery
- We offer free standard delivery on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
- No shipping upgrades or paid options are currently available.
Taxes & Duties
- We do not charge any taxes. All prices shown are final.
- eurivicy.store covers any applicable VAT, sales tax, or customs duties. You will never be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery.
