Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days to request a return or refund.
30-Day Return Window
Within 30 days of receiving your item, if you find the product is damaged, unusable, or not the same as the model shown, you may contact our customer service to request a refund or return.
How to Return an Item
- Email service@eurivicy.store with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video showing the issue (for damage or defects)
- Reason for return
- Our team will provide you with the specific return address (this will not be the original shipping address or any business address listed on the package).
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide.
Important: Do not send items back to the original shipping address or any business address shown on your package label. Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed, and no refund will be issued.
Who Pays for Return Postage? (Return Shipping Cost)

Restocking Fee
- We do not charge any restocking fee.
Refund Processing Time
- Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked on the product page)
